Then let's say, theoretically, he is a fool.  But even then, why bother arguing with a fool? 
If this person is in a state of mind to believe in what he says regarding worldwide conspiracies and so forth, do you really think you will convince him otherwise through your posts on 4chan?  Hope springs eternal, but do you believe you will get honesty and reason in place of ad hominem and bias (Shalom!)?

Nothing a True Believer loves more than people who stop by the soapbox to have it out.  It gives him a reason to scream even louder.
