And to think I thought the 4chan politics board might actually concern itself with political matters of the day?  I just finished the opinion and while I disagree with Obamacare entirely, Robert's analysis is compelling enough for me to agree.  It's consitutional.

Being constitutional doesn't matter it right. The founding fathers would not agree that it's the state's business to nanny the population.

They didn't not address anything about if the government can personally force private individuals to purchase healthcare. They simplify said we can be taxed. Which wasn't the issue or an answer. 

They said anything can be legal as long as you call it a tax. Which is pretty fucking stupid and they knew it.
