drug abuser bragging about disability fraud

An ex-English conversation teacher in Japan and total cuntbag is on a Japan expat message board announcing to the world that his years of drug abuse have fucked up his pancreas and he was put on disability.  He gleefully describes how he now has access to more pain pills and pot for recreational use at the expense of the American taxpayers and that he is well enough to work, and already doing so, thereby defrauding the disability system.  Here is the thread:

This much we know from his posting history:
- his name is Ryan
- he is from Ohio
- he presumably lives in a state where medical marijuana is available
- he is divorced and has a kid somewhere, probably in Japan
- his handles on that site include HankToHendrix, DroneToBe, and others
- he often signs his posts "DtB" in order to remind people that he used to post as DroneToBe

For anyone willing to dig, there's reams of evidence on that site showing how much of a dick this guy is, and it would only be fitting that his deliberate defrauding of the disability system and the screwing over of American taxpayers becomes widely known.  I invite you to do your worst.
