Stupidity Wards/Camps

By now it has become blatantly obvious: Much of the world population has shit for brains. Their voices decides what sells, and even what president will win the elections. This is a national crisis! We must take extreme measures to ensure the future of our country, even our world! Incarcerate anyone with an IQ below 100! For the sake of humanity, give them a good life, but segregate them from the intelligent ones, and let intelligence, not age, be a factor in the informed concent to have sex or breed! We are being run over with living cancer! If this cancer reaches our nukes, we will blow up the world! Don't let this happen!

People who are too stupid to read, are driving cars.
I'm not talking about people who CAN'T read. I'm talking about people who don't understand the importance of reading text or road signs, and then don't understand when "random" accidents happen to them. This needs to stop before more people are killed.
