What is the state of being "knowingly involved"? Are you knowingly involved into this discussion or just react to the visual qualia from your monitor? How do you know, you have "free will" and the world is non-deterministic? How the functioning of your brain fundamentally differs from the functioning of Earth's ecosystem? Could Dinosaur bones be considered as the memory of the Earth?
How on Earth is state worship of the Sun supposed to inspire the kind of national xenophobia you admire?
