When oligarchy Jews came to power, they cancelled laws against drug business: in USSR there were laws like forced quarantine and treatment of drug abusers and death penalty for distributors. Jews said these laws "violated Human Rights" of drug abusers. Then there was massive campaign popularizing drugs and destructive way of life. That is what Russia got in effect for trusting Jewish "liberals". As if alcohol abuse wasn't enough already.
