Dear Christian,
I note you are uncomfortable with the state of British business and have requested it be downgraded.
I also note I have an urgent request from your previous colleague and boss Christine asking me to advance you £30billion through the IMF.
In light of your anxiety, I feel it would be unwise at this time to advance the £30billion as we may need it to safeguard our credit rating.
