I think it's fair to say that democracy does not exist in california anymore.

Any where that any protest or demonstration occurs, the police are hot on their heels to bash their brains in.

California is run by the liberals and their union masters. Democracy is a dirty word in california.

Most of them are drama and liberal arts students, if they were studying the hard sciences or a professional degree they wouldn't have time to protest, they are not beating students, they are beating recipients of pseudo-academic young adult daycare.

>I understand that many students may not think that, but linking arms in a human chain when ordered to step aside is not a nonviolent protest.
Oh wow, American police are fucking amazing.

It's a protest in favor of more taxes and regulation and it's full of marxists. I'm not going to buy that.

Well duh, of course it's dangerous, the protesters are all secretly Robots that will combine to form a super protester when they complete the link up.

The cops are just lucky that none of them want to form the head.

By linking arms they make it more difficult to apprehend individuals, they needed to be beaten with night sticks until they complied. I'm not sure what the big deal is here. Had they been a bunch of banksters drunken and rowdy on a night out they would have received the same treatment.

make it more difficult to apprehend individuals
I'll be damned. I didn't realize it was every citizen's duty to make being arrested as easy as possible.

It's a protest in favor of more taxes and regulation and it's full of marxists[sic].
For being ``full of Marxists'', they sure are very bourgeois, you know, with their iPhones™ and Android™ smartphones.

Don't change these.
