Benefits should be paid electronically by your national government directly to your account so making it irrelevant which country you are in. (ie Poland would pay for the benefits of Polish nationals whichever country they are bumming in).

How long do you think we should pay for what people did 300 years ago. The majority in England were 'wage slaves' a term coined by a slave to describe their situation, the Government of the time paid the 'imperialists' to give up their business and the Navy was deployed to prevent other countries continuing the slave trade.
Also the infrastructure left in these countries is still being used today. Neither I, my family or this country, owe anything for Britain's past.

There are a fuckton of vacant migrant worker programs where people can literally live here as long as they want and even gain citizenship eventually if they don't try to escape authorities and don't commit crime. Illegal immigrants come here specifically because they have something to hide or to exploit the system, real asylum seekers would be content with the first country that isn't trying to kill them. The only illegal immigrants I have sympathy for are those under the age of 18 who didn't understand what they were doing.
