Supreme Court cases being cencored

Why are liberals deleting legal references to a supreme court case that could make obama's entire 3 years illegal (even if he was born in the US)

tl;dr the waybackmachine page for Luria v. US from 2006 cited Minor v. Happersett, in the pages from 2008 on the references had been deleted. Can anyone explain this?

Gonna save this for when birthers bring this up. They got beaten to death on the actual birth certificate issue, now they are really grasping the straws with this.
