Supreme Court cases being cencored

Why are liberals deleting legal references to a supreme court case that could make obama's entire 3 years illegal (even if he was born in the US)

tl;dr the waybackmachine page for Luria v. US from 2006 cited Minor v. Happersett, in the pages from 2008 on the references had been deleted. Can anyone explain this?

The case doesn't matter, because it was over a now obsolete argument.
The case concerned women's rights, and the outcome of that case was dependent on their lack of such. Now that women can constitutionally vote, we can forget about it.
