People are stupid. If a politician were to come up all honesty and no fake smiles. If he were to tell the people that the economy and environment are in deep shit and that he'll do his best but that its very hard to get anything done in politics. And that he's done drugs and fucked hookers and that he hasn't always followed the law. If he was actually truly honest and open. Well, nobody would vote for him

They'll vote for the smiling actor who promises the world and tells them the other guy eats babies. Using catchy soundbites and no real explanations on how he plans to get actually get this shit done he'll rope in the voters.  They'll take the guy who is obviously fake everytime.

And all we get out of politics is interparty squabbles. A game of blame the other guy. Party first country second. It killed rome, it's killing Canada, and America is already putting its foot in the grave. And its our fault, our fault for voting like retards. Demand a new breed of politician for your vote.

all the democrats blame the republicans for everything. all the republicans blame the democrats. and all they do is struggle for votes and trying to make the other guy look bad. they rarely actually try to run the country. intelligent debates, reaching consensus, working together. never happens. party first, country second. everytime.

everything being the other guys fault that's easy to understand. the idea that both sides are wrong a lot of the time and that the best course of action is usually somewhere in the middle thats harder to understand. easier to say "fuck all liberals" or "fuck all conservatives"

and aren't we getting sick and fucking tired of it? aren't we starting to notice?

start demanding a new breed of truly honest politician. the kind that'll sometimes tell you things you may not want to here. the kind that can admit when his party has done something wrong. and when that person comes along (theres no one like it yet) then you vote for him, and you vote hard. till then just keep spreading the word that we want real honesty and the vote doesnt go out till we get it. maybe someone will eventually hear us if enough of us demand it, maybe someone will try to deliver. maybe we can get change, real change, actual change, from a real man and not some actor.

Don't change these.
