Anyone who has seen the TV documentary "UK Border Police" will know that the immigration officials spend all of their time tracking and catching illegal immigrants, only to release them on bail never to be seen again.

so raids are undercover so not recorded, they can catch upto 25000 in one raid

they keep close tabs on suspected illegals and some times let them operate for a while so they can catch more or find the ring leaders

also once i remember they to a place where there were a lot of illegals and said "if anyone wanted work for the day get in the van"
the van filled up with illegals then they started checking ids and they got taken away.

a large part of the reason there are so many is becuase companies dont want to hire local people becuse they have to train them and pay them a proper wage.  They instead get illegals, pay them low wage and if they step out of line or complain about harsh conditions, they fire them.

You seem to not know the scale of 25000 people.  It's the population of a medium-sized town.  The resources simply don't exist in this country to seize and process 25000 in one raid.  You'd need to send a fleet of about a thousand vehicles to the raid, and at least 25000 officers.  (The London riots had 16000.)
