He has done, repeatedly.  The only evidence that's been produced to suggest that he was born in Kenya turned out to be forged.  Then, when the forger came forward and said "y'all got punk'd" providing photos of everything that they used to produce the document, the dumb fucks claimed that those photos were shooped.
