Cyber terrorism with any possitive effect?

It seems VANK(Korean far-right group) attacks 2 channel(Japanese internet forum where many far-right people join) now.

I know currently there are several political issues between those 2 countries. So I can understand what's the matter for them.

But I'm just wondering if Cyber terrorism really have any possitive effect for such political problems. This solution doesn't make any sense for me.

What do u guys think about it? (not only this issue, but also in general)

What political issues would they be? Whether it's better if eyes slant up or down? The important CHING CHING NIP NONG versus FONG HONG MONG DONG issue? Sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce?
