Apparently i post way too much

WTF?
Every time I try to post a new thread (maybe once every coupla weeks) I get a message saying I'm posting too often.
I wonder if this will post?

Apparently so.

You can't post a new thread if you've replied to another thread shortly before. I think you have to wait somewhere between 15-30 minutes before being able to post a new thread. So if you want to start a new thread AND reply to other threads, start your thread first and then reply to the other threads.

Hmm. Okay. Dumb system, but whatever. If it actually kept people from spamming, I would support it, but that does not seem to be the case.
