How is jury duty legal?

1. forced involuntary servitude, aka slavery, outlawed by Constitution, and "come in or we'll fine you or jail you" is such.

2. racial profiling of jurors outlawed by civil rights act of 1964

3. that $6 a day they pay you is a joke. The government doesn't even have to boey it's own minimum wage laws when forcing people to do this shit.

Yeah I mad. Summoned for it 4 times in approx. 5 years, and am fucking sick of it, and want to know the legal basis the government tries to use to justify it. When I complained about it last time all they did was threaten to jail me without answering a single question I had on how they can do that.

huh? Do you imply that keeping filthy nigger monkeys off the jury because they will never convict their fellow nigger monkeys is "racial profiling?"

Let me guess, all 4 times were for non-white criminals?

OP here. I only made it far enough to be in a pool of prospective jurors only once; it was of a hispanic gang member who killed his girlfriend by smashing her head in with a rock; the defense wanted to negociate it down to lesser charges so he could possibly get probation for killing her (in spite of the "you people execute a lot" bullshit, here in Texas we actually do let murderers plea down to probation).

I rejected it outright and for that I was not picked for the jury. Giving someone probation for murder is just insane to me.

And doing some searching I came across something called "jury veto" that allows jurors to veto laws they think are unjust; I think I'll use it the next time they call me in on the grounds that the very process of forcing me to go there is unjust and unConstitutional.

Get back at them and hang the jury.
