Yes, the libyans are probably the most decent ones in this war, but that isn't saying much, because while Gaddafi shows how incapable a nigger is to instate democracy, he also tried to do it in nigger country, imposing it a non-authoritarian system on niggers.

Niggers left without authoritarian control or without the constant threat of punishment or death, will run around raping women and stealing bikes. These savages can't handle democracy.
