If Donald Trump goes Independent - the Republicans musn't run anybody and just swallow it and throw their support behind Donald Trump, even though that's politically taboo, there's NO WAY there must be a split in the race. It's too dangerous to have Obama get reelected. They'll just have to skip this presidential election if Trump trys something.

Also yes cap-trade has a built in fail safe which is the diminish return and resource due to the credits not being need...  Besides that it has a proven track record, it was used in the 80s to stop the spread of Acid Rain, and in one state(new jersey) they use it to generate ton of revue for solar and wind project all over the state. However I've heard the their hog of a Governor has raided the fund to pay for tax breaks to millionaires....
