As a continent, Africa keeps stacking the deck against anyone trying to leave the stone age without outside help. The «rich natural resources» that people keep bitching about as «evidence», is pretty much all stuff that only people
already technologically developed can even access, much less use. Y'know, stuff like oil deep under ground (or even out to sea), or diamonds buried even deeper. And how exactly is even gold supposed to help you build a civilisation if you can't get it to someone that knows to value it worth a damn?
Fun fact: In what's now Nigeria, one civilisation developed high-class bronze-working some half a millennium ago. And they had to do it all on imported bronze; they had none of the stuff of their own.
And that's not mentioning the climate. Africa has an insane load of pathogens, spread by an equally insane number of parasites. Not to mention how practically none of our Dear Produce Goods (wheat/maize/potatoes, chickens/pigs/sheep, etc) came from Africa.
As for Haiti, they've basically been sabotaged from the day they got their independence. In the heyday of slavery, nobody wanted a bunch of freedom-loving subhumans giving their work force ideas; even post-slavery, these racist ideas kept festering, and they wanted places like Haiti kept as «evidence» of black people's «inability» to form a prosperous nation on their own. Your particular faggotry proves that particular PsyOps to be working.
Not to mention how the poorest nations are good for the cheapest labour.

Chinese weren't yanked out of stone-age living in a progress-hostile climate and into slavery before they met with Western racism. What they did have, was a culture and religion that was already geared towards book-centred education and hard work. And they were allowed to keep that and start businesses of their own. Not to mention, many of them started those businesses as immigrants, where blacks had been in the US for a bunch of generations. The taxation&benefits system seems to separate between the two.
