The future of Obamacare?

Hey guys,

So, it looks like lots of whiny GOPers are declaring the mandate unconstitutional (Romney gets a pass for some reason). The way this is playing out is done in such a fashion that is designed to eventually demand the Supreme Court rule on the issue.

What do you think is going to happen? Do you believe the entire law will be deemed unconstitutional, or just the mandate?

Striking down the mandate would be a nightmare, as premiums would rise to considerably high levels.

Alright, I see what you did there. What do you suggest? If the government co-op health care, they won't turn it into a monopoly, that just doesn't make sense to me. If they get more money and turn the deficit into a surplus, wouldn't that be good for the people?
