Lawsuit Against Evolution

A former physics/chemistry teacher in Pennsylvania has filed a federal lawsuit seeking an injunction against teaching the theory of evolution, because it promotes religion; or rather, 'atheism.' He argue that if creationism can't be taught because it promotes Christianity, then evolution can't be taught because it promotes atheism.

What do you guys think? Should evolution be taught in public schools? If not, should creationism be taught?

It's about darn time us non-believers got classified as a religion. We've been fighting for our religious rights for centuries now. We need to be allowed to build churches for our worhip or the abscence and non-existance of Holy Father Who Art in Heaven Forever and Ever Amen.

We need to build altars on which to make sweet and holy love to 12 year old girls in the name of atheism. I mean screw science - it's really all about the chicks.
