Child rape and hunger: two birds, one stone

I saw the Christian Children's Fund with the hot lolita yesterday (her name is farina or something) and it gave me an idea. Legalize and regulate child molestation in the countries where children are starving. The catch is, in order to molest a child you have to sponsor him/her at a relatively high rate (maybe $400-800/month). You wouldn't be able to cherrypick a child based on appearance, but you could choose gender and you could sponsor as many children as you want and can afford. Also, children would never be forced into the program, it would be voluntary, and vaginal/anal penetration wouldn't be allowed until the girl is at an age where it wouldn't physically harm her.

Surely a child who is being molested and also receiving nutritious meals, clean water, hygiene products, an education and more would be better off overall than a child who receives none of the above. As an added bonus, it would cut down on child molestation/rape in civilized countries, because potential predatory pedophiles would have a legal alternative.

Better idea, incarcerate pedophiles and send them to sweatshop like work camps, then give all the profits to charity. That way pedophiles give 100% of their earnings to starving children, the children don't have to be molested and the pedophiles are taken off the street thereby reducing the chances of them molesting children in the civilized world to 0.

No shit sherlock, I can't catch every murderer in the world either but that doesn't mean murder should be legalized and regulated to reduce the suffering of it's victims.
