I think it's been said a thousand times already. They could focus on Wikileaks, but he's the one that masterminded it. Wikileaks is dead as a functioning organisation. The anon submitting system is gone. Few are going to risk putting a name to their leaks unless they got extreme balls. All they have left to focus on now is the ringleader. That's why they're spending all their resources on icing him rather than going after a load of lackies that did the hard work. Honestly I don't think anymore can done now.
