Stormfront on the Gabby Gifford shooting

Early reports indicate that someone ran up to her, while she was talking to a group of people outside of a Safeway in Tuscon Arizona, and began shooting. Initial witness reports that she was shot in the head, and several other staff members or bystanders were hit. As many as 12 people were shot or injured.

Giffords is an Arizona congresswoman from the 8th district and was appearently attending a 'Congress on the Corner' type event when shots were fired. She was transported to the hospital, there has been no update on her injuries.

Fox News is indicating that there have been 5 deaths and 6 wounded.

CNN is indicating that there may be a child among the victims.

CNN and MSNBC are now reporting that there are 'conflicting reports' about her death. She may be in surgery.

Fox is now also reporting that she is still alive, and was shot through the temple.
