Sure he says that on his show, but he also says to "most importantly trust your gut".
The basis of his show, being strictly an "opinion" show, which falls under the category of Entertainment, is constructed purely to PERSUADE the audience to an opinoin. There is no counter to Beck, like a Justice system where there is only a Prosecution and no Defense. He make arguments based in fact, but without a true balance the effect is similar to a jury finding an innocent man guilty, simply because he was not given the ability and fair change to be heard.
