Beck has started a movement that is taking America by storm, as is evident by the Republican landslide in the mid-term elections.
There is a new day in America with Beck leading the way.

He also purports a "don't trust me; check it for yourself" mentality that promotes a (political) self-education and awareness, but also honesty and respect (if you can't cross-check it a number of ways, couldn't he be called out on lying about it?).  If that's the manifestation of a Messiah complex distributing itself across his own user base - watchers and listeners - then it should be beneficial to the process itself.
