The better question is, why did all the black(Negroid) and dark skinned mongoloid populations "decay" after white imperialism. Whereas Asian and Indian cultures benefited from the imperialism? Don't bring up the caste system, that's a joke compared to the condition of Africa and Haiti. Really though, why does it seem like it's because they were the only ones able to be taken advantage of? Even in today's society... I think it has something to do with intellegence.
