That's a good question.
Blonde Blue Eyed Europeans developed their own crops in their inhospitable frozen northern climate, Indians and South east asians developed their own crops, MesoAmericans developed their own crops without exposure to the old world. All these races and peoples from difficult environments for agriculture and horticulture all developed their own crops and cattle.
What crop has Africa given us?
They might have given us some nuts and coffee or something, maybe half-caucasoid places like Ethiopia managed someagriculture but no sophisticated agriculture to support large cities like those seen in similar climates in central America, India and South East asia.
