If all intelligence is based on cultural aspects, why weren't whites able to " hold down" the intelligence of Asians, and force them into ghettos. It is obviouse that intellegence is based on race and evolution through careful observation of history and the world today.   Asians aren't as successful politicaly, but why aren't they living in violent ghettos? Think people.
