Copyswede, fee for external hard drives

I'm raging. Copyswede is demanding a fee for external hard drives. This money is supposed to give creators a compensation for the legal private copying. It already exists for some other media such as mp3 players and dvds. Would suprise me if it wouldn't be accepted by the government. RAAAAAAGE!

Anyone else who is raging over similar stuff in their country?
