2 6 7 and 9 are the ones people would contest the most and, in fact, I'd say 2 7 and 8 are negligible in the long run. 1 4 and the material advantage of 9 is probably his most significant successes; I hesitate to list 3 since it isn't necessarily panning out. 5 has always been a point of contention, with the only thing I'll grant being that Bush was more actively interested in anti-terrorism.
6 has become contested thanks to its renewed political dynamics between Libertarian and Liberal groups. The government believing it can do un-economic things to achieve economy is ridiculous regardless of which camp you belong to.
The problem I think that Bush's accomplishments and preparations were for a different future other than the one that came about, simply because no one saw that future coming except those who sought to force it to exist for their benefit. Ignorance of the housing bubble can either be considered his fault or not considered his fault: many attempts during his tenure were made to pick up the matter and examine it only for that enthusiasm to fizzle out somewhere down the line. Perhaps, the comeback was "there is no problem." "Don't bother something (the only thing) that's doing good." I can't say that's what polluted his presidency for he did the best with what he had to work with.
Perhaps even Glenn Beck's position that both the major political parties had started looking too much like each other was correct and it took a self-contrast like President Bush to point it out. That's why many people, even of his own party, don't like him - people don't generally want to be reminded that they've lost something and don't know what it is.

LOL. Very misinformed. Especially on #6 because it's Bernanke with the artificially low interest rates that is keeping the whole rigged system afloat, which is actually going to fuck us all over 100 times worse in the long run.[1]

I'm a liberal fag so I ignored everything you said.
George W. Bush was a hero
I agree, directing planes to a couple of big towers was the best thing that happened in the world! He should be receiving the hero nobel prize
