Who should I vote for?

I literally have no idea who I want to vote for to be California state governor.

Issues I'm concerned about...

- Gay marriage being banned (pointless having two nearly identical unions).
- Anything that limits freedom.

So, you don't give a damn about California's finances (and ability to finance itself)?  and, you do realize that your first priority would contradict the second priority to some extent, right?  eh.

You don't have anyone with both of those requirements well-filled, depending on your definition of "freedom."  Of note: Libertarian Dale Ogden probably embodies the most of the freedom aspect, while Republican Meg Whitman supports Proposition 8 (and she seems to be the only one from what I have seen; she does, however, green light civil unions).
