Englandfag here. So has anyone actually got busted for downloading/torrenting illegal files because of this bill yet? Is it still safe to be torrenting? Info/advice would be great.

the clou is they do not tell anyone what it exactly does. ACTA used to be a secret without people knowing what is going on and infos are released only because of leaks
