Comrades of all creeds and races please hear this Solomon voice in the darkness of ignorance. Though the great strides of history we now pay attention to the this modern epoch to a grand exchange of powers. In the past epochs power was derived for the subjugation of others ei capitalism and imperialism. Now with the use of technology persons of different localities are and can be in constant commutation. though these means propaganda and false clams can be made agreeable to the mass. With my own time living under socialism i have come to the conclusion even though Marxism the subjugation and exploitation of persons becomes an concern. it is this reason and others that i have come to formulate a new school of though in Marxism, Waltism.
Part one Capital
In the eyes of this school of thought capitalism is not the enemy but instead it is persons in any for of government who would exploit anther human being. Examples of socialist socialist societies having inequality between the leader and the population have be noted in history. in waltism private citizen are able to hold private possessions but as for Capital such as land, a store , a factory , an office , a warehouse etc.... the citizen would be able to own BUT the amount of capital would be a decision by the state.
part two the system
By factory and capital i do not mean capital to the size that modern corporations of brought about be rather small business owners. in order to make this social equal the state MUST provide the 7 following items:
minimum wage so the society can not have any exploitation form the state all state works would be given this wage form factory workers to leaders.
state run factories By the state giving the population work and the state income the economic status of the country would at lest have a bass line and exploitative tool such as taxation would not be needed (exempt for all but the owners of private capital)
state run farms these farms would as well be a means for the production for the state and a food source for those who can not afford food form the private market
free food this only include food form the government farms , where are goods such as spices of rare fruit would be left up to private farms
free public education until the 12 grade this is need for an educated population whom can make wises decisions during election processes
free state run universities these universities would provide a means of eduction for those who can not afford private universities
a democratic system with check and balances even though this is self explanatory , this system MUST BE DERECTE VOTE to make it clear that alienation between the government and the people NEVER HAPPENS
and departments in which the taking of private assets that have grown beyond the limits of ownership in the the private market.
part three the society
this section is to clear some things up. by having small ownership of capital the process of collectivization becomes the best way for the owners to operate but with restrictions does not allow the subjugation of workers though large corporations.
And in this society provinces are give limited autonomy in order to preserve there economic status but the federal system can draw at time money for them
