Actually I'd advise against wearing any tin foil hat. It would actually have the opposite effect. Instead of "blocking" radio wave signals or whatever it would actually amplify them.
Trying to avoid fluoride is a good thing, though in conservative amounts, fluoride is beneficial to teeth. Too much of it is bad for the teeth and diminishes cognitive ability.

Thank god. As it stands, I have to drive for two hours to visit my nearest Voodoo Priest, Papa Roberto.
I also cannot shake the feeling that my fingerprints and DNA are being tracked in currency. That way, if I deviate too much from the norm, they can clone and replace me with a more submissive copy.

So basically it's implying to avoid as much fluoride as possible, but increase iodine intake. I think I should look into iodine. How does one go about purchasing it though? I assume it's not something that one can just buy "over the counter".

Fluoride in natural water occurs at the same levels as tap water in many places in the world.
