reagan worst president ever?

he helped osama bin-laden create al-qaeda.
he supported fascist dictators all around the world (such as suharto in indonesia and the apartheid government in south africa).
his "trickle-down" economic policies are directly responsible for this current meltdown.
his "southern strategy" helped foster an atmosphere of racial tensions, although this has died down in recent years.
so i guess the question is, is it fair to consider ronald reagan to be the worst american president, at least in these past 100 years?

At least Bush didn't give three trillion dollars to greedy Wall Street bankers, greedy landlords who couldn't pay the mortgages on the slum hovels they rent out to the working-class, and General Motors and then with a straight face call it an "economic stimulus."

At least Bush didn't get on his knees and bow to foreign heads of state.

Obama makes me miss Dubya, whom I loathed and still loathe.  I didn't think that was even possible.
