A Nation is allways rated by the leader who has been ellected from the people. I dont think anyone thought in europe that there is any intelegent life left in the USA for voting Bush the second administration. Specialy since he fooled all to belive that there is a meaning in the meaningless patriotism that the usa suffer from. Partiotism is the last grain of evil thats left from the last century. Its mainly used for isolating the common people from the other countrys to soly obey the idea that the administration is the only "good force" that can protect you from the other "evil forces". Once you realise that at every country there are mainly the same people like in your country, you will know that there is no reason for war or other aggressiv behavior.
