Also, on the topic of man-made global warming, it's nothing but a ruse. The Earth simply never had a stable climate, and it's not going to have one now. Look up the "Year Without a Summer" (Summer of 1816) and you'll see with just this one incident, that the whole fad of global warming is completely fallacious.

That's my point exactly. The Earth never had a stable climate. A huge change in weather like that was never caused by human activity. The environmentalists are pushing their green ideas in the name of "saving the Earth". The Earth is never to go anywhere http://qntm.org/?destroy it would take quite a lot of power to completely obliterate the planet.
Nothing is going to stop the next krakatoa-esque eruption. The next eruption from a volcano many very well wipe out human civilization as we know it.
