European Union = Next United States?

After checking out this Libson treaty, it seems like the EU is going to become one major country. Their form of government seems to be a bit similar to the American government. Probably not that close since our US government is fucking weird, but close enough.

Ireland just passed their support for the treaty. What does Europe becoming on country mean for the rest of the world?

What do you mean by "Next United States"?  The EU is just another attempt to create a massive trading block whose goal is global economic domination.  The United States, though it's failing, was intended to be something greater.

Basic logic is probably way above your head. But i am guessing you mean by "races(the european one) don't exist" that old marxist dogmatic theory that race and culture is a social construct, it may be that culture is a social construct. Nobody who has ever been taken seriously can deny that there are differences between people in different areas of the world. What however is interesting is how you explain these differences, Marxism/Liberals (in the modern sense) and other anti-intellectual movements try to explain it by that fact that the culture in different areas is different and that therefore people are different. The culture creates people is the agenda, these people have however never answered the question; "If culture creates men, what then created culture?". At least not satisfyingly, Christian leftists argue that SATAN created different cultures to divide mankind and to distract them from their true goal of love for christ the saviour, marxists argue that different cultures where created by CAPITALISTS in order to maximise their profits.
Both of these explanations leave a lot to be desired in terms of logic.

I can't say about that. I have met some Hispanic and African descended people that excelled in mathematics, science, English, ect. This is anecdotal, though, so I really can't say.

I think that welfare blows this problem much out of proportion than it should be. And it promotes failure as something good, regardless of race. I find that to not only be terrible, but also a catalyst in fueling even more racism. I support the small government idea that welfare should be eliminated.
