It there were truly no consequences, wouldn't most men have sex with girls under 13?

Oddly enough, me and my uncle were talking about this yesterday

He's 26, not bad looking, in great shape and much more "hipper" than me. He said how he noticed how 16 year old girls look at him when he's out and about.

He even showed me a letter a girl wrote him. I can't recall exactly what it said, but it was something along the lines of "Don't tell anyone cause I don't want them to hurt you, I wanna hear your voice, etc I'm gonna be 17 on Friday'

So yeah, kids aren't innocent young white girls that need protecting.
