On the extreme far-right, there is no government.
On the extreme far-left, 100% total government.
A Constitutional limited government is somewhat in the middle of these two extremes.

Stereotypes aside, yes most of these types of people promote or support these kinds of things. Especially Nazis and Communists. I'm not very religious myself, however I'd love to see the government go back to its more Constitutional ways. I'm sure some Atheists out there who would like to see a government limited by Constitutional bounds.
