I think our movement can get a lot more credibility if we stop using the term nigger. People tend to shoot you down if you complain about "niggers" but if you complain about african americans, like by saying "I think african americans have a negative effect on others students" youd get more credibility.

Look guys. The word nigger means any person who is ignorant or useless. You can apply the word as easily to an ignorant black man as you could to an ignorant white man. Race originally had no part in the word. Only after people used negro and nigra did nigger come around as another racial slur for blacks. Although the word should by no means be thrown around. But it should be allowed without people throwing a fit. It is after all protected by free speech and the word means an ignorant person in general. To only think the word applies to blacks, is in itself, racist.

Well, what the defendant says to police can be twisted and transmogrified in court because of the fact that you spoke to police, you've given them the ability to testify and make statements in court. Whereas had you invoked your Fifth Amendment right to remain silent and not incriminate yourself, the court has only you (the defendant) and the plaintiff to proceed judicial process.
