Why do people still believe in the Holocaust?

Can someone please explain to me why everyone's expected to agree with the official story about 6 million Jews being killed under the Third Reich?  I mean, in many countries, it's criminal to even *question* the idea that something might be wrong with that claim.  And you basically get blacklisted everywhere for doubting it, being labled as a denier.

I've done some research on this, and there's actually a pretty solid case that there was no so-called "Holocaust".  One that I agree with, in fact.  Here's an example of an excellent debunking:

So, with a case that solid, why is it such a big deal?  Why do people believe that there was a Holocaust?

seriously though how can you deny it? are you just stupid or really really fucked in the head? it's probably one of the most well documented events in human history. I suppose all the movies and images of aushwitz are just made up huh? and the old people who went to war, none of that happened either, they're all just lying as part of a giant conspiracy right? people who believe this shit are certifiably schizophrenic. You cannot reasonably believe in something that would require SO many people to hold up a giant lie like that, it's just statistically impossible. SOMEONE WOULD CRACK. and i'm sorry but are we to believe the pictures of PILES of dead jewish bodies are just fakes? seriously when did people like you fall so out of touch with reality? i really feel bad for someone like you who believes everyone out there is trying to get them.
