recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

I think the term you are looking for is "indigenous sub-saharran Africans", but it's just easier to say nigger so everyone should do this.
