recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

ordinary genocide is so boring
we need to take chimps and breed them for intelligence/capability to use tools
then we raise an army of uber-chimps armed with ak47's and rpg's and have them fight to the death against africans
