recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Yes, there are a few similarities, but the current borders are not imposed by the Romans. They have been changed countless times in the past 1500 years. And some borders the Romans had just made sense (the Pyrenees fe).
