recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Africa does not need to be run by white people. The country needs to be run by intelligent and able Africans. As of now niggers run most African countries. This is why the continent is in such shambles. If we get able and intelligent Africans in government then we would see a major shift in the way the continent is.
