recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Well the person who has been incapacitated already is still useless unless he can do something with his mind such as a teacher, mathematician,etc. But the person who did that to him should be executed as well. Becuase that person is now a threat to society.
