recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Oh, I see you're using the word based upon its original meaning. Still, it carries a bad connotation because of its use during slavery and the apartheid laws that went into effect after the civil war.
